• Upload malicious code or content

5. Payments & Subscriptions

The Service provides infrastructure provisioning. Usage may incur cloud provider costs passed through to users.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its content are owned by Vishwakarma and its licensors
• You retain ownership of any data you submit
• We claim no intellectual property rights over your data

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vishwakarma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
